Ask Better Questions, Get Better Answers!

The quality of your life is dependent upon the quality of questions that you ask. If you ask dumb questions you will get dumb answers. If you ask empowering questions you will get empowering  answers. We cannot hide our thoughts, because they come out in the way of the words that we use, which expresses the way that we really feel about ourselves, and these thoughts will eventually turn into the actions that we take, which are our end results.
If you have been trying to lose weight, and have not been successful do not ask yourself why can’t I lose weight, because your mind says, you can’t lose the weight because you are a fat pig, and you eat everything in sight. With a question like that all you’re doing is confirming the fact that you believe you cannot lose the weight, and your inner thoughts are just confirming your inner most beliefs.
If money has been an issue like it has been for most people, do not ask “why can’t I make more money”? Because the answer will be because I am not as smart as other people, I will never get rich, plus nobody has any money.
Do not ask why are there no more good men/women left? , because your answer will be, because they’re already taken, they’re all straight/gay. What you’re telling yourself is that you’ll never find anyone.
Instead ask yourself how can I lose the weight? How can I make more money? How can I find that perfect partner?  When we take the time to work on ourselves, and develop our mindset we train our mind to ask better questions which in turn gets us better answers, which gives us better results.
Remember your questions come from your thoughts which are your inner most thoughts expressing itself, and these questions simply reflect the way we feel about certain things. The next time you start to ask yourself a question, take a moment and ask yourself another question first, is this how I really feel about myself or my situation?
